Anyone working in the chemical sciences - whether or not you’re a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry - can use the form on this page to submit an event for listing on this website.
Working with us is a great way to increase your event's visibility and connect with a wide, engaged scientific community. By submitting your event, you’re helping to support a vibrant, diverse, and high-quality events ecosystem across the chemical sciences.
Before you start
Please read the sections below before you begin your event submission. We recommend looking at some of our event pages to see how the information you submit appears on our website.
We recommend using a desktop or laptop device and you should allow approximately 15 minutes if you have everything ready before you start.
You will be asked to provide:
- a title, summary, description and the date(s) and time of your event
- deadlines for early bird and standard registration, abstract submission and poster submission (if applicable to your event) as well as any supporting information for the registration and submission process, eg a registration link
- information about the type of event you are organising, its intended audience and whether it is physical, hybrid or online only
- information about organising committee members and speakers, including names, affiliations, country, links to online biographies and photos
- information about the organiser and supporting organisations, including organisation names, websites and logos
- your contact information where all correspondence about this event and confirmation emails will be sent.
You will have the opportunity to upload a maximum of 10 files that will be available for people to download from your listing page on this website, eg presentations or other supporting information.
Permitted document file types are Word/PDF/XLS/PPT, and there is a 10Mb limit for each file
You can supply images for speakers and organising committee members.
These should portrait at a minimum of 900px width and 1200px height and confirm to a 3:4 aspect ratio.
The permitted image files types are jpg, jpeg, png, webp or avif.
You can supply logos for organisers, sponsors and supporting organisations.
Logos should be landscape at a minimum of 1200px width and 900px height and conform to a 4:3 aspect ratio.
The permitted image files types are jpg, jpeg, png, webp, avif.
During submission
Please enter as much information about your event as possible in all relevant sections.
You can use the 'save and return' feature to save your progress and complete the form at a later time. You will be emailed a link that will allow you to pick up your form submission from where you left off.
After submission
All submissions are reviewed to ensure they are relevant and suitable for our audience. We may decline or remove events that are inappropriate or do not meet our standards.
Once submitted, you will be able to make edits to your event listing for a period of time if you need to update or amend any details.
