Missing Elements Grants Scheme
Funding to support and empower chemical sciences departments in the UK and Ireland
We have awarded £677,000 in Missing Elements Grant Scheme funding to British and Irish universities to support projects focused on addressing systemic racism in the chemical sciences and creating lasting change.
The projects will last over three years and aim to improve the representation, progression and retention of chemical scientists from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds, and support a culture of allyship and belonging.
