Confidential legal advice
Our legal advice service is available to our members in the UK or EU countries, free of charge, following a very simple application process.
If you’d like to take advantage of this service, you need to apply through us. Simply contact us for further information.
You’ll receive impartial and professional advice from Law Express. Their team of experienced legal advisors can advise you on a wide range of issues including:
- employment law
- family law
- company law
- consumer law
- criminal law
- debt
- medical negligence
- motoring law
- personal injury
- power of attorney
- tax law
- wills, probate and inheritance
- property, landlord and tenant law.
While Law Express, don’t provide representation, they will be able to explain your legal position and give you the information you need to take a positive step toward addressing your legal concerns.
Brexit Support
A legal advice referral is available for any member who has a legal query linked to their to their own, their partner or dependents immigration status due to Brexit (whether there is a deal, no deal or alternative situation).
Referrals are available now to EU National members living in the UK around the settled status scheme and will be available to any UK National living overseas who requires personal immigration advice linked to Brexit, once the deal or no deal situation is clearer.

We recently partnered with one of the largest Citizen’s Advice Bureaus to offer our members access to their specialist advice. So please do get in touch if you have any concerns regarding:
