Eva Blasco

Biography
Eva Blasco is Professor of Molecular Systems Engineering and Advanced Materials at Heidelberg University and a member of the Institute for Molecular Systems Engineering and Advanced Materials (IMSEAM). She leads a research group focused on developing functional and sustainable polymer materials for 3D and 4D printing at the micro- and nanoscale. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including the Ernst-Haage Prize, the Dr. Hermann-Schnell Prize of the GDCh, the Young Investigator Award of the Spanish Chemical Society, or the Advanced Science Young Innovator Award. She serves as a principal investigator and, since 2023, co-spokesperson of the Cluster of Excellence 3D Matter Made to Order (3DMM2O).
