Sally Howells-Wyllie

Biography
Sally studied biochemistry at the University of Bath, UK, graduating in 2003 (MBiochem). She started working in scientific publishing in 2007 and has worked at both commercial and society publishers. She is the executive editor of the inorganic portfolio of journals, a position she has held since she joined us in 2022.
Sally is responsible for setting, developing and implementing journal strategy and actively engages with the community to understand the needs of authors and readers, ensuring that high-quality research reaches the right audience.
In her spare time Sally is a keen runner and parkrun tourist, and enjoys spending time tending to her fruit and vegetable garden.
