The Royal Society of Chemistry’s response to the curriculum and assessment review for England
Summary of contents
We responded to the Curriculum and Assessment review for England, commissioned by the Department for Education. Our submission to this wide ranging review touched on many issues including strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum, the need for the science curriculum to be overhauled, the importance of practical work, the inequity of current qualification pathways, and the need for more sustainability and climate change content in the curriculum.
