Government has failed to act on its promise
02 January 2008
The Today programme on BBC Radio 4 invited RSC chief executive Richard Pike to talk, on 31 December 2007, about the RSC assertion that the Government has failed to act on its promise, made in 2006, to produce 3,000 extra science teachers.
The interview was part of a special Today programme focusing on the importance of science, with guest editor Sir Martin Evans, the British scientist who launched the stem cell revolution.
