Edward Gardner
Biography
Ed is the Deputy Editor for Energy & Environmental Science (EES), EES Batteries, EES Catalysis, EES Solar, Sustainable Energy & Fuels and Energy Advances. He received his master’s degree in chemistry and physics from Durham University in 2018 and joined the Royal Society of Chemistry later the same year as a Publishing Editor working on the RSC’s physical chemistry and nanoscience journals. Since then, he has worked across a range of the RSC’s physical chemistry, (nano)materials, green chemistry and energy journals. He also led the organisation of the 2022 and 2023 #RSCPoster conferences.
In his spare time, Ed enjoys walking his dog, hiking in the mountains and playing board games with friends.
