Sarah Holmes
Biography
Sarah is the Deputy Editor for Energy & Environmental Science (EES), EES Batteries, EES Catalysis, EES Solar, Sustainable Energy & Fuels and Energy Advances. She obtained her master’s degree in biochemistry and biological chemistry from the University of Nottingham in 2017. Sarah initially joined the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2019 as a Publishing Editor. Since then, she has worked across the RSC’s energy and environmental science journals as Publishing Editor, Assistant Editor and Deputy Editor. She also had a secondment as Journals Launch Manager, with responsibility for launching EES Batteries and EES Solar in their first six months before rejoining the Energy team as Deputy Editor.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys life with her three dogs, reading and crafting.
