Flashes and bangs in Parliament

We caused a bang in parliament this spring as part of our campaign to increase science funding. Over 30 MPs participated in experiments with TV scientist Professor Hal Sosabowski at a parliamentary event that we held on
30 April.

Parliamentarians witnessed the science behind glow sticks, had a liquid nitrogen shower and balanced a flaming methane mamba of soap bubbles on their hands.
