Highly experienced in industrial emulsion, miniemulsion, solution polymerisation (water and solvent based). Collaborated with a large number of the leading emulsion polymerisation industrialists and academics. Have run industrial emulsion polymerisation training in several continents, as well as visiting plants for current process troubleshooting and solving scale up issues.
27 years in the polymer industry, 19 working at Synthomer latterly co-leading the R&D group, with a proven track record for bringing innovative products and technology platforms to the marketplace.
Have acted as the main technology translator for licensing opportunities at clients.
Invited industrial lecturer at Imperial College, London on Masters Chemical Engineering course.
