I have been established as an independent consultant since 1982 providing services to food and beverage industries worldwide. My particular areas of expertise include all aspects of soft drinks and fruit juice technology, the development, manufacture and use of food additives, particularly food flavourings and colourings as well as food authenticity issues. A further area of my expertise is in the manufacture and use of botanical extracts for use in food and herbal medicines. I have more than 20 published books and book chapters in these areas and provide technical training to clients.
I also act as an expert witness in matters relating to the above topics.
