2020 Elections – make your vote count
Voting is now open to elect our next president, members of the Member Communities Board and member of the Professional Standards Board. Elections will also be held to fill the vacancies on divisions.

Voting closes at 17:00 (UK time) on Thursday 18 June 2020 and successful candidates will be announced at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 8 July 2020.
Presidential candidates
For the first time in our history we have five presidential candidates standing. We have recorded video testimonials with them, which can be viewed here and on our YouTube channel. They will also be available on the Mi-Voice website when you log on to vote.

What happens next?
All members of the Royal Society of Chemistry and members of the respective divisions will be contacted by independent electoral service providers Mi-Voice with information on how to vote online. Head to our elections pages to view candidate statements for individuals standing for election.
- Members who are eligible to vote in the 2020 elections are those who paid their 2020 membership subscription by Wednesday 1 April 2020.
- To be eligible to vote in division elections you must have subscribed to the relevant division.
